Badger-Globe Credit Union System Upgrade

Exciting Enhancements Are Here!
On November 7, 2023, we updated our online banking to serve you better. We’ve implemented a more intuitive and streamlined online banking interface designed with you in mind!

 

Key Features of the Upgrade:

Enhanced User Experience: Enjoy an improved online banking interface.

Seamless Login: Your Logon ID will not change if it meets the new security requirements (minimum of 6 characters and cannot contain sensitive information such as member number, Social Security Number, or email address).

Safe & Secure: Your eStatement history and other important data, like scheduled automatic transfers and Bill Pay information remain intact.

Uninterrupted Services: Access key services like online account access, automatic transfers, Bill Pay, and online loan applications without a hitch.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, you won’t need to re-enroll.  If your current Logon ID or Security Code (password) do not meet new security standards, you will be prompted to change them. (See below for more information.) 

  • Your eStatement history will remain intact and accessible in the new system.

  • No, services such as Bill Pay will remain uninterrupted, and all scheduled payments and payees will transfer seamlessly.

  • Ensure your Logon ID is at least 6 characters and doesn't include account numbers, SSN, or email addresses. Also, avoid reusing any of your last 10 passwords.  If we do not have a current email address or phone number on file, you will be prompted to enter this information the first time you log into the new online banking system.

  • Great news! We strongly encourage you to do this before our upgrade to minimize any service interruption. Simply login to online banking using your current credentials. Once you are logged in, click on the padlock icon in the top right corner of your screen and choose “Change Logon ID” or Change Security Code” to make the updates. Keep in mind the new security requirements: 

    Logon ID

    • Can be from six (6) to fifty (50) characters. 

    • Is not case sensitive.

    • Logon IDs that contain Member Number, Social Security Number, or email address are not allowed. 

    Security Code (Password)

    • Case sensitive.

    • Minimum of nine (9) characters; maximum of sixteen (16) characters.

    • At least one (1) upper case letter.

    • At least one (1) lower case letter.

    • At least one (1) number.

    • At least one (1) special character (Includes: !@#$%^&*).

    • Cannot re-use past ten security codes.

    • Must not have spaces. 

    • Must not have same character used three times in a row.

    • Must not have more than six sequential characters from Logon ID.

    • Cannot contain the last four digits of the Social Security Number.

    • Cannot contain month and day of birth date.

    • Cannot contain the word password or the word password with a “zero” for the letter “O”. 

    • Cannot contain QWERTY in any case combination. 

    • Cannot contain 123456, abc or asdf.
